Update Rants (12-01-2009)
Well my car has been dead for almost 3 months, but there is good news. Last week I bought a used transmission and had my car towed off to have it installed. I should have my car back before Xmas, and I’ll be resuming photoshoots in January 2010. Coughing up money to fix your car when you’ve been unemployed for 6 months really fucking sucks! Not having a car also hinders you finding a job and making money as well, it’s a situation where your pretty much screwed. So I’ll be glad to have my car back and out of that mess.
I’m being sued for being broke! Haha that’s right, I’m being sued for $6,100 plus court costs for being poor. The lovely douche holes at Chase/Visa have been all over my ass for years as I can’t keep up with payments. Having a 3.9% interest rate I racked up my card, and then a slow period in work I couldn’t make a full payment. So they instantly jacked my interest to 39.9% which is fucking ridiculous, loan sharks wouldn’t even go that far. Long story short they made my monthly minimum payment so outrageous I couldn’t keep up, and I just said fuck it and stopped paying them all together. They’ve been selling my account to debt collectors for years that constantly call the house, but I never picked up of spoke to them once. The account has been closed for over 5yrs and the last payment they got from me was in 2007, now it’s almost reached the statue of limitations on how long they can try to collect from me. In a few month they wont be able to badger me for money ever again, so they’re making a last ditch effort to sue me for it. Funny thing is I have no job, I don’t own anything I bout with the card, I have no property for them to take, and my bank account is bone fucking dry. They can sue me till hell freezes over but they’re still not getting a fucking dime. In any case I’ll just file for bankruptcy, they’ll have to drop the lawsuit. Doesn’t really matter my credit score is in the gutter… lol!
Verizon Wireless Broadband sucks dick, nuff said! 5gb’s a month is not enough for my internet habits, and the 5c-25c for every MB over 5GB’s is fucking absurd. Every god damn thing is a rip off or a scam, no wonder the economy is in the gutter.
